This principle is both aspirational and intrinsic. While we aspire to grow our collective wealth materially, we also recognize our internal and intrinsic value. God gave us our riches, before we could ever count money or own assets. The Most High gave us victory over a struggle that would have eliminated most people. Our wealth is in the love we share, it is in the caregiving we do, in the community we build and in the culture we have created. As we recognize our internal wealth we also strive to build our material wealth not just individually but collectively. Not to compete with anybody but to care for the deepest needs within our community! This statement is a reminder of the riches we hold inside of us and among us! We will keep building Black Wealth as we remember we are Black Wealth!
